Have send numerous emails to cancel my plan, but I have not received a response for almost 3 weeks
Every claim I have heard of or experienced myself is terrible negative for sure it advertises 24 hrs but its never been that fast so false advertising
I feel Safe knowing that my phone is protected to save on expenses
I have purchased the plan on 3rd june 2022, still waiting for it to get activated. The mail is going on with your customer care but still issues is pending.
I’m so glad I signed up for bounce! I dropped my phone just a week after I got it. I got my phone fixed where I purchased bounce and they fixed my iPhone 13 pro max screen for $485. I submitted the receipt to bounce and guess what ??, Bounce covered the entire expense!! Absolutely love bounce and recommend all to get it! No hassle nothing, they instantly sent me an e-transfer within 48 hours.

I paid already a month ago but I have been unable to login to your app. I have written three emails to support but no one has reached out to me. Very frustrating
Set up the app. Was simple but support is a little busy so expect a half a day for a response to arrive. Be patient. Now just being at peace of mind with phone. Cases are good but not that good. This app is great. Everyone buy.
Simple to register my device, half the price of what carriers and manufacturers charge, hope I don't have to use it, thanks!

Had my daughters screen fixed on her phone. Went to pick it up and saw the Bounce literature on the counter. Read it and decided to purchase it. Took my money went through the steps and when they asked me to take a picture of the screen to examine it, it informs me that the brand new screen that I purchased 5mins earlier was damaged and would not insure it. Tried 5 times same result. Now for the past few days it says its pending in the app. I have reached out to Bounce several times and no one has got back to me. But they still have my money. If they do not want to insure my brand new screen, no problem, just refund my money.
