I’ve tried multiple times to activate my account and I can’t download the app from your direct link. It says I can’t download the bounce Canada app in the Canadian App Store. No one has replied to my request for help.
I loved how easy it was to sign up and activate my coverage. I dropped my phone a few days later, got I repaired and reimbursed the next day. Bounce is an awesome product.
I had issue scanning my phone and wrote to customer service. I got reply on next business day saying please rescan after IT team reset my verification status. I really appropriate the reply even though it is late. But, the status is not reset and I couldn’t scan my phone to activate my coverage! And no one is responding for the emails now. Very bad customer service.

Every claim I have heard of or experienced myself is terrible negative for sure it advertises 24 hrs but its never been that fast so false advertising
I feel Safe knowing that my phone is protected to save on expenses
I have purchased the plan on 3rd june 2022, still waiting for it to get activated. The mail is going on with your customer care but still issues is pending.
I’m so glad I signed up for bounce! I dropped my phone just a week after I got it. I got my phone fixed where I purchased bounce and they fixed my iPhone 13 pro max screen for $485. I submitted the receipt to bounce and guess what ??, Bounce covered the entire expense!! Absolutely love bounce and recommend all to get it! No hassle nothing, they instantly sent me an e-transfer within 48 hours.

I paid already a month ago but I have been unable to login to your app. I have written three emails to support but no one has reached out to me. Very frustrating
Set up the app. Was simple but support is a little busy so expect a half a day for a response to arrive. Be patient. Now just being at peace of mind with phone. Cases are good but not that good. This app is great. Everyone buy.
Simple to register my device, half the price of what carriers and manufacturers charge, hope I don't have to use it, thanks!
